“His responses were prompt and he fixed the issue first thing the next morning. His company opens at 8am and he showed up at 7:45am. Initially, he asked me to send a video of the issue so that he can see if it’s something he can fix. He said he does not want to charge us for a trip if he is unable to help. Very honest man.
